We had a fantastic night on October 4th – celebrating our Diamond Jubilee. Our guest of honour was Gareth Thomas M.P. who is pictured with Karen. The Beached Boys band were absolutely brilliant. We had two special cakes with our Logo on which I am about to cut. The buffet was excellent and was done by Lianne who is pictured with me after I had presented her with some well deserved flowers.
Part two of our celebrations take part on Monday 6th when we have our dear friend Suze entertaining us, there will be lots of food and every club member will receive a bag containing 6 commemmorative items.
