The 100 Club is our exciting lottery! Each month, we draw a lucky winner who could take home up to £250. All proceeds directly support Tanglewood Monday Club, helping us provide a welcoming space and enriching activities for people with learning disabilities.

Debbie Brice, celebrating her 60th that night. This is only the 4th time that Debbie has made the draw, the last time being in Nov. 2023
(Be honest: are you impressed that not only do I know when and how many times each number has been drawn since 1983, but I also know who drew out all the numbers over those 523 draws?)
No. 7 This is the 23rd time that the number 7 has been drawn, (only 3 numbers have been drawn more times 55 = 24 times and 3 & 27 = 26 times), winning a total of £2,100 and so becomes the 10th 100 club number to reach £2,000 in total prize money. As Doug is a founder member, he has won all of that money from an outlay of £2,412 – only losing £312 over 43½ years is not bad – but it get’s even better because Doug has donated all of his winnings back to club.
Out of interest his 23 winnings have been 8 first’s, 8 seconds & 7 third’s. His last win was a first prize in Oct. 2023. Funnily enough until this draw, none of Doug’s previous wins have happened in July, August or September!! Weird!
He is a hero, many of you will remember that it was Doug who came up with the idea of a 100 club in the first place – that decision has so far made a profit to Tanglewood of over £100,000 Be proud Doug – very proud.
No 63 – Has been drawn a total of 14 times winning just £595. In total contrast to the previous number, only three numbers have won less than No. 63. Since July 2006 it has been held by Judy Croft who, although we very rarely see her, is a very good friend of Tanglewood and, like Doug, she too donates all her winnings back to Tanglewood. Judy has won just 4 times winning a total of £305 from an outlay of £1,524. It was last drawn in Apr 2018 – that is 99 draws ago!! Thanks for your continued support Judy.
No. 24 – Like No. 63, this number Has been drawn a total of 14 times, but that is where the similarity ends because it has won £1,167.50. Since Feb 2023 it has been owned by the lovely Lynn. Her last win was in Dec. 2023 and this win brings her total to £187.50
No. 4 Has been drawn a total of 16 times winning £1,371.25. Club helper Alan took on this number in Feb 2020 and this is his 5th win, the last being a 2nd prize three months ago. Alan’s total winnings = £581.25. He has another number, held since 2023 which has yet to win anything.
