On Monday March 31st we received an amazing donation of £1,300 from the Dad's Army Golf Society! Their representative Roger Capon presented us with the cheque and you can see club member Umair Aslam receiving the cheque, on our behalf.
It was an amazing donation from a Golf society with a brilliant name – most, if not all, their members are connected in some way to Harrow Borough F.C. Everyone wanted a bit of the action so Roger can be seen somewhere in the group photo.
On behalf of all Tanglewood club members I would like to offer my sincere thanks to everyone in the Dad's Army Golf Society for their very generous donation.
