It was exactly one year ago that some members from the Invictus Lodge came to club and presented us with a cheque for £500 – on Monday July 29th this year it was like “Groundhog Day” as WBro Brian Bailie (Charity Steward) and WBro Ashok Shah (Treasurer), came to club and, on behalf of Master WBro Kavit Nathwani, presented us with another £500.
What an amazing group of people they are. raising thousands of pounds every year and donating it to local charities like ours. We are honoured, very grateful and humbled to be chosen as one of their recipient charities for the 2nd year running. Receiving the cheque on our behalf is club member Christopher Gridley, who's late father was a Master at the Invictus Lodge. The whole club is pictured also showing their appreciation for this wonderful and very generous donation.
