Congratulation to Connor Tiernan who completed the Brighton Marathon earlier today (Sunday 7th) in a time of 4 hours and 10 mins. A truly magnificent achievement when you consider that this was his first marathon attempt. You can see on this web site just how much he has raised but that comes out at only £85 per mile – he deserves more than that, he ran for over 4 hours at an average speed of 6 mph – that takes some doing.
