Anita does her bit for the NHS

Club helper Anita heard about the appalling situation about the shortage of PPE (personal protection equipment) in the NHS and decided to do something about it – just by making contact the people who live in her street, she raised an amazing £886 in just nine days. As if that wasn’t enough, she then set about scrolling through the internet and managed to purchase 288 face shields and 225 face masks. She had them delivered to her door and with some help from her neighbours put them together and arranged for them to be delivered to Northwick Park Hospital.

Well done Anita, as with Caroline, we are all very proud of you. Anita is pictured with Karen & Paul
