WHAT A DOUBLE CELEBRATION WE HAD
On Monday the 24th we held a great double celebration event – St. Georges Day & the forthcoming Coronation. Our attendance of 46 was the highest since the pandemic which was brilliant. Everyone received a commemoration mug and there were flags flying to celebrate the two events. Lots of club members and helpers dressed up for the occasion – a special mention for Kevin who looked amazing with his face paint showing both the Union flag and the flag of St George. I am told it was Kevin’s younger brother who was the artist so well done to him. Also pictured is Annie who looked resplendent in her Red, White & Blue. Yours truly was also suitably dressed and there is also a picture of the mugs and the St George flag and coronation flag.
If you are attending an event, I hope you enjoy it – send in some photo’s and I will put them on our web site. The next Tanglewood Monday club is on May 15th
